A new play by Davey Anderson
|
Lizzie has an overactive imagination. That's what her mum says.
So when a weird old woman in a caravan appears on the other side of the canal, Lizzie's mind goes into overdrive inventing stories about how she might have got there and what might happen next.
But the truth, she discovers, is stranger than anything she could make up.
A tale of mystery and everyday adventure, Liar jumps into the scary depths of friendship, betrayal, fear, pigeons, curiosity, and the terrifying talent we all have for making things up.
With live singing inspired by tradtional Scottish Traveller songs.
Liar will be fully supported by an integrated programme of creative learning activity, generated and delivered by specialist practitioners at Sounds of Progress and TAG.
